TPM Champion is a one year lasting project orientated on TPM implementation and refinement which is highly effective and adjusted to company’s needs. Program is designed for those who care about maximization of critical devices’ availability and elimination of malfunctions, deficits and accidents in a workplace.
Total Productive Maintenance is another (beside 5S) method of lean management that is worth developing within Lean Manufacturing approach. It can be especially useful in manufacturing plants.
